Legal Admin and Operations Officer | MAF Global Solutions | Legal
ROLE SUMMARY
The role purpose of a Legal admin is to provide full assistance and operation support to the Legal Head.
ROLE PROFILE
- Managing the relationship with our external parties (legal advisors, auditors, tax office.
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
- The Legal admin is responsible for managing the admin operations of the Legal Function like Function folder structuring, Archiving and Records Management.
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and events.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Admin tasks within risk and compliance depending upon capacity.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in MS Office
- Calendar management skills
- Proficient in English
- Multitasking ability and Travel management skills
