Mannai Corporation is expanding its operations across Saudi Arabia. As part of this growth, we are seeking an experienced Legal Advisor – Commercial & Contracts to support multiple business units and play a key role in our KSA expansion journey.
This position will focus on managing complex commercial agreements, strengthening contract governance, and providing strategic legal support
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic legal partner to senior management, providing clear and practical advice on commercial and contractual matters
- Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial, project, and vendor agreements, ensuring strong legal and commercial positioning
- Provide expert legal oversight on high-value contracts, safeguarding business interests and minimizing contractual exposure
- Establish, implement, and maintain robust contract governance frameworks, policies, and approval processes across business units
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate legal and contractual risks across all stages of business operations and project execution
- Support business growth and expansion initiatives by structuring and reviewing strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and commercial agreements
- Provide clear legal opinions and risk assessments to support executive decision-making and commercial strategy
- Manage and coordinate with external legal counsel on specialized matters, disputes, and complex transactions
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align legal, commercial, and operational objectives
- Oversee contract lifecycle management, including documentation, controls, and audit readiness
- Represent the organization in legal and contractual discussions, negotiations, and engagements within Saudi Arabia
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in a legal advisory role, with strong exposure to commercial and contractual matters in ICT and MEP commercial contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
- Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial and project contracts
- Strong knowledge of Saudi laws, regulations, and applicable legal frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to advise senior management and manage complex legal and commercial issues
- Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
