We are seeking a highly experienced Legal Counsel with more than 5 years of expertise to join our legal team, specializing in Corporate, Commercial, and Banking & Finance Law.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from a recognized university
- Valid license to practice law issued by the Ministry of Justice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate matters, commercial contracts drafting/review, banking finance transactions, or providing legal advisory services to banks and corporate clients
- Full bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (written, reading, and spoken) strongly required
- Highly preferred: TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent English language certification
- Preferred: Specialized professional certifications (e.g., SASL/CME or related fields)
