Legal Counsel

Role Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and review contracts, ensuring risk mitigation and governance compliance.
• Advise management on legal and regulatory matters.
• Support business strategies, corporate structuring, and new ventures.
• Liaise with external law firms, courts, and counterparties.

Requirements:

• Law degree from a reputable university;
• 5+ years PQE with strong commercial and regulatory knowledge. UAE experience is ideal.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic an advantage).
