LYNX Partners is an internationally oriented legal and tax consulting boutique headquartered in Dubai. We advise entrepreneurs, investors and small-to-medium-sized enterprises on the structuring and execution of their business activities in the United Arab Emirates.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Legal research in corporate, tax and commercial law with a focus on UAE-related matters
Assistance with company formations (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
- Support in drafting and reviewing contracts (e.g., shareholder resolutions, employment agreements, NDAs)
- Preparation of presentations, memos and decision papers for clients
- Assistance with compliance topics (Corporate Tax, VAT, UBO, AML)
- Support in designing holding structures and asset protection vehicles for legally secure wealth preservation
- Insights into international structuring, asset protection and M&A projects
- Independent research and writing of articles for legal journals and our website
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong interest in international tax law or corporate law
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus, e.g., Russian, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian)
- Independent, structured and reliable work style in a remote setup
- Some practical experience in commercial law (in law firms or corporate environments)
