Lifeguard

Summary:
We are looking for a vigilant and responsible Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of our hotel guests. The ideal candidate will monitor pool areas, prevent accidents, respond promptly to emergencies, and ensure all pool safety rules and regulations are followed.

Job Responsibility:
- Monitor activities in the swimming area to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment.
- Rescue swimmers in distress or in danger of drowning.
- Administer first aid and CPR in emergency situations.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain order and discipline.
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool area and equipment to ensure safety standards are met.
- Assist in pool maintenance tasks as needed.

Candidate Requirements:
- Must possess a valid lifeguard certification.
- Strong swimming skills and endurance.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR techniques.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
