Topaz World Real Estate is expanding, and we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Listing Administrator to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who understands and is familiar with property portals, CRM systems, and the importance of high-quality listing optimisation to generate strong leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and upload property listings on Bayut and Property Finder
Optimise listings with high-quality descriptions, correct pricing, and strong keyword positioning
Ensure all listings are accurate, updated, and compliant with portal requirements
Coordinate with agents for property details, photos, and required documentation
Monitor listing performance and suggest improvements for better lead generation
Maintain organised data and reports within the CRM system
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Bayut and Property Finder portals
CRM experience is mandatory
Hands-on experience with the Trakeeshi system is a must
Excellent listing optimisation skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment
