Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, offering flexibility to work both onsite and remotely. As a Health Specialist, you will provide guidance and support in occupational health and medicine, promote workplace wellness, and deliver tailored health programs. You will also engage with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and effectively communicating health initiatives. Collaboration with team members to design and implement health promotion strategies is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Expertise in Occupational Health and Medicine with the ability to address industry-specific health needs
• Proficiency in Health Promotion, including developing and executing wellness programs
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in occupational health or wellness programs are a plus
