Role Description

We are seeking a Logistics Operations Assistant for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role entails supporting the procurement and logistics processes, managing inventory, liaising with suppliers and customers, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with global trade regulations. Key responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, organizing warehouse operations, overseeing documentation, and assisting in optimizing supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with team members to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the company's mission of excellence in global trade.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Logistics Management and Inventory Management
• Strong Organization Skills and experience in Purchasing
• Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in the beverages or luxury goods industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant software systems and tools for logistics and inventory management
