Job Description

We are partnering with a leading, high-growth real estate developer in the UAE to appoint a Chief Sales Officer to lead a full transformation of their global sales function.

This is not a traditional sales leadership role.

This is a mandate for a hands-on sales transformation operator who can rebuild, scale, and integrate a complex, multi-market sales engine.

The Mandate

You will take full ownership of the end-to-end sales ecosystem—redefining how the business drives revenue across local and international markets.

The focus is on:

  • Rebuilding sales structures, incentives, and performance frameworks
  • Driving productivity and accountability across a large, layered organization
  • Moving from personality-led selling to scalable, system-driven execution
  • Creating a unified global sales operating model

This role sits at the heart of the company's next growth phase.

What You'll Own

  • End-to-end sales strategy and commercial planning
  • Pricing, inventory strategy, and launch alignment
  • Broker and channel ecosystem management
  • CRM, reporting, governance, and collections
  • Sales operations, performance management, and KPIs
  • Integration of global sales teams across multiple regions

You will be responsible for both strategy and execution—from boardroom decisions to operational detail.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience transforming sales organizations at scale
  • Strong analytical and data-led decision-making capability
  • Deep understanding of complex, broker-driven environments
  • Experience across multi-geo or international sales structures
  • Credibility to lead senior sales teams and drive change
  • A hands-on, execution-focused leadership style

Real estate experience is strongly preferred, or experience in similarly complex, high-value, channel-driven sectors.
