About the role:
We are looking for a hands-on Logistics Operations Manager to own the end-to-end physical movement of orders — from customer pickup through processing and final delivery. You will be the operational backbone, ensuring every order moves through our network on time and without exception.
This is a ground-floor role at an early-stage business. You will be building processes, training field teams, and solving problems in real time as we scale across the city.
What you'll do:
- Daily management of field operations across multiple locations in Dubai, including staff scheduling, performance, and accountability
- End-to-end order flow, ensuring smooth handoffs between every stage of the journey from collection to delivery
- Fleet and delivery management, owning on-time performance, monitoring exceptions, and driving resolution
- SLA management, owning the 24-hour delivery commitment and building the operational discipline to meet it consistently
- Exception handling, identifying stuck or at-risk orders and resolving them before they impact the customer
- Staff training and onboarding for field teams across all operational locations
- Building and refining standard operating procedures as the network grows
- Reporting on operational KPIs and surfacing insights to leadership
What you'll need:
- 4–7 years of experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or supply chain operations — preferably in a fast-paced consumer or e-commerce environment
- Prior experience managing a distributed field team across multiple locations in the UAE
- Strong understanding of last-mile delivery operations and the ability to manage complexity across a growing network
- Experience working with logistics or order management platforms
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail — you will be managing multiple locations, drivers, and orders simultaneously
- Comfortable working in an early-stage environment where processes are still being built
- Excellent communication skills in English — Arabic is a strong plus
- Based in Dubai
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
