Logistics Operations Specialist

About the Job:

The Logistics Operations Specialist will coordinate international and domestic shipment execution from booking through plant delivery, maintaining shipment visibility, document readiness, provider follow-up, and cost control for CKD parts, equipment, and other materials.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate international and domestic shipments from booking through plant delivery.
• Review shipping documents and support customs clearance.
• Track shipment milestones, ETAs, costs, free time, and delivery risks.
• Maintain accurate logistics reports and coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, transporters, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics operations, freight forwarding, shipping, or manufacturing logistics.
• Knowledge of sea and air freight, FCL/LCL, Incoterms, shipping documents, ACID/CargoX, Excel, and SAP/ERP.
• Professional fluency in English and Arabic.
