Logistics Supervisor

Role Description

The Logistics Supervisor at FLOWer Lab will oversee day-to-day logistical operations, including inventory management, coordination of supply chains, and ensuring efficient operational processes. Responsibilities include managing logistics staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, streamlining workflows, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, allowing flexible opportunities for remote work outside required on-site engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
• Proficiency in Operations Management, with the ability to streamline and enhance processes
• Customer Service expertise to ensure optimal client satisfaction
• Experience in Inventory Management and monitoring stock levels
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with logistics software or tools is a plus
• Educational background in logistics, business administration, supply chain management, or other relevant fields is preferred
