Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager (Offplan) at Masar Al Ameen Real Estate L.L.C., located in Business Bay, Dubai.

The Offplan Sales Manager will oversee and lead a team of real estate sales agents, develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, and maintain strong relationships with clients. The role involves networking with industry professionals, identifying new business opportunities, supervising negotiations, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager will prepare reports, analyze market trends, and assist in shaping long-term sales strategies for the agency.

Qualifications

• Expertise in sales operations, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets
• Strong understanding of the real estate market, property leasing, and luxury property sales
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Team leadership and management skills to motivate and guide a sales team effectively
• Proficiency in market analysis and the use of customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally
• Proven experience in the real estate industry, particularly in the Dubai market, is highly preferred
• Experience implementing and executing sales strategies to drive performance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
