Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Luxury Real Estate Consultant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Consultant will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying lucrative real estate opportunities, facilitating property transactions, and conducting negotiations. The role includes staying updated on market trends, showcasing properties to clients, and delivering exceptional service to meet diverse clientele needs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Experience in Sales and Negotiation capabilities
• Proficiency in providing client-focused consultations, with training capabilities being a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse, multilingual client base
• In-depth understanding of Dubai's real estate market; multilingual proficiency is an advantage
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• A valid UAE driving license and RERA certification (preferred)
