We are currently partnering with a leading professional services firm in the UAE to hire an experienced Manager Audit and Assurance to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance with applicable standards
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while providing constructive insights
- Review audit documentation, transaction flows, and control testing early in the audit cycle
- Identify and resolve complex audit issues with a high level of professional judgment
- Oversee engagement planning, budgeting, and financial performance
- Ensure audit files are complete, accurate, and cleared on a timely basis
- Mentor and guide team members, clearly communicating expectations and deadlines
Key Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in external audit, preferably with a Big 4 or large audit firm
- Mandatory: Hands-on banking audit experience (applications without this will not be considered)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and auditing standards
- Professional qualification required: CA / ACCA / CPA (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in managing audit engagements and reviewing workpapers
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
