Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage commercial transformation projects across RTA to achieve strategic and financial objectives
- Supervise the preparation and execution of the commercial transformation plan aligned with investment strategy
- Oversee the negotiation and management of concession agreements with carve-out companies
- Evaluate the financial and operational performance of carve-out entities and provide senior-level recommendations
- Ensure full compliance with governance standards, agreements, and performance KPIs
- Manage external consultants, investors, and internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
- Represent the department in key government committees, driving cross-entity collaboration
- Promote team development, mentorship, and ensure effective project execution through positive leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 14 years of experience in commercial transformation, M&A, or public-private partnerships
- Strong expertise in project management, commercial negotiations, and policy development
- Excellent communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience managing carve-out activities, corporate transactions, and large-scale government initiatives
