Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., MS. Accounting) is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting finance role, focusing on operation and reporting.
Strong understanding of accounting operations (AR, AP, collection, and credits) and financial reporting (income statement, P&L, and GL & TB accounts).
Execute expenses and revenue transactions that engage and support our community finance of vendors, customers, and partners.
Conduct financial reports and analysis to identify improvement opportunities within the community finance and develop strategies to make a fast workflow to those opportunities.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
Develop and implement reports to ensure all AR & AP workflow are effectively implemented, executed, and monitored.
Manage the PR & PO as budget, ensuring that resources are deployed cost-effectively and strategically.
Provide leadership and guidance to the comminute management team, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
