* Lead the full contract life-cycle including drafting, negotiation, execution, and closure.

* Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost estimates, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence.
* Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and prepare bills of quantities.
* Assess contractor claims, variations, and ensure timely and accurate payments.
* Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams (civil, MEP, etc.) to evaluate material requirements and procurement strategies.
* Perform risk analysis and ensure all contracts comply with legal and internal policy standards.
* Generate reports for management to track progress, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
* Ensure financial and contractual integrity in all project transactions and documentation

* UAE National with a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain, Contracts Management, or a related field.
* 4-6 years of experience, with at least 3 years managing complex contracts in the real estate sector.
* Strong knowledge of contract law, construction law, and project risk management.
* Skilled in Primavera P6 / Oracle Primavera Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Proven experience in vendor management, cost control, and stakeholder coordination.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
