ROLE SUMMARY
The Manager, Executive Talent Acquisition oversees the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and executive roles at Majid Al Futtaim, developing innovative strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring efficient processes aligned with business goals. This role drives global and local sourcing to meet critical hiring needs across diverse industries while leveraging advanced tools and techniques to maintain market competitiveness.
ROLE PROFILE
- Act as the custodian of the recruitment framework, ensuring a robust and agile process with the right mix of sourcing channels to meet the organization's talent needs.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding, with a focus on executive and senior-level roles.
- Develop and continually refine talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
- Build strong partnerships with Human Capital and business leaders to ensure alignment in hiring practices.
- Attract both active and passive candidates globally, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely fulfillment of positions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure recruitment efforts are proactive and effectively address departmental needs
- Establish and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles, focusing on succession planning to meet future organizational needs
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all recruitment activities, ensuring a diverse range of candidates are considered and engaged.
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a leading organization.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent qualification).
- Managerial experience overseeing executive recruitment, with demonstrated success in handling global mandates and adapting to diverse business environments.
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders to meet recruitment goals and align hiring strategies with business objectives
- Extensive experience managing global talent pipelines, succession planning, and the use of advanced interview techniques and assessment tools.
- Middle East or emerging market experience is highly preferred
