Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the company'sannual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Build and maintainfinancial models for revenue forecasting, cost structure, and capital planning
- Monitor business performance against forecasts and identify key variances
Strategic Analysis
- Conductscenario analysis, investment modeling, and strategic financial analysis
- Support leadership in evaluatingnew business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies
- Develop financial frameworks to supportscalable growth and capital efficiency
Performance Reporting
- Createmonthly and quarterly financial reports and dashboards
- Track and analyzekey financial and operational KPIs
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to alignfinancial strategy with business priorities
- Support data-driven decision making across departments
- Improve financial processes, reporting systems, and internal controls
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience inFP&A, corporate finance, investment analysis, or financial strategy
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience withfinancial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Advanced proficiency inExcel / financial modeling tools
- Ability to translate complex financial data intoclear business insights
- Experience working intechnology, SaaS, PropTech, or high-growth startupsis a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA/CFA is a plus)
