  • KEY RESPONSIBILITY
  • Actively participates in the commercial activity of the department from lead generation to bid estimations and budget elaboration. Identifies, researchs and targets new business opportunities.
  • Coaches, mentors, provides feedback, communicates expectations, oversees and evaluates project team members
  • Contributes to the risk management of the department
  • Ensures the correct assignment of resources (human and material) to those projects and contracts.
  • Manages project life cylce, including project scope, goals, execution and deliverables: Plans/manages execution, subcontractors, and logistics. Obtains permits/approvals (Trakhees, DM, landlords). Coordinates testing, commissioning, and snag closure. Produces handover packs (as-builts, O&Ms, warranties).
  • Manages procurement and technical submittal approvals.
  • Ensures budgets, cash flow and margins of all projects and varations are adhered to and accurate invoicing and collection in the prescribed time are achieved
  • Chairs client progress meetings and change management
  • Establishes and maintain effective business relationships with existing customers, suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participates on the development of solid quality proposals that meet the requirements of the customers and establish the best possible chance of winning projects.
  • Ensures all safety standards are adhered to, minimizing accident risk. Complies to all U.A.E. Laws and associated governing bodies. Conducts site inspections
  • Ensures quality is compliant to all international standards. Implements QC/ITPs; maintain site diaries. Captures lessons learned and update standards/estimates.
