Role Summary
Lead and scale BMSS as a profitable, high-performance technical services business.
Candidate will drive operations, revenuegrowth, and P&L, while ensuring best-in-class service delivery across HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing in residential and commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Oversee delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance across:
- High-end villas & apartments (B2C)
- Offices, restaurants, retail outlets (B2B)
- Drive service quality, response times, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards
Technical Oversight
- Provide strong hands-on leadership in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing
- Ability to guide team for troubleshooting complex issues and ensure long-term solutions
- Build capability within the technical team
Business Development & Account Management
- Drive new business acquisition (AMCs, upgrades, retrofits)
- Manage and grow key client accounts
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
P&L Ownership
- Own revenue, costs, and profitability
- Improve margins through operational and commercial strategies
- Manage forecasting and pipeline
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of around 40 people
- Drive productivity, accountability, and service culture
Future Growth (Technology Focus)
- Introduce and scale smart/tech-enabled solutions:
- Home automation
- Smart HVAC & energy systems
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in Facilities Management / MEP / Technical Services
- Strong hands-on experience in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing (mandatory)
- Proven track record in PPM operations and team management
- Experience in sales, client management, and P&L ownership
- Strong commercial and leadership skills
