Position Title:

Manufacturing Supervisor

Strategic Responsibilities

• Oversee team operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

• Manage and delegate tasks effectively, monitoring progress

• Foster team collaboration and communication

• Develop and train team members

• Report on team achievements and challenges to higher management

Functional Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations to ensure adherence to GMP standards and production schedules.

• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime and production delays.

• Coordinate production activities with maintenance and quality teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing processes.

• Inspect production outputs to verify compliance with quality specifications and approved manufacturing procedures

• Analyze production data to identify efficiency gaps and implement process improvement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate production records and documentation to support regulatory compliance and audit requirements.

• Enforce health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment across manufacturing areas.

• Support training of production staff on operational procedures, GMP requirements, and equipment handling.

Job Requirements:

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.

Preferred

• Master's Degree.
• Professional Certificate in relevant field.

Language

Required

English - proficient.

Preferred

Arabic - proficient.
