About the Role
We are supporting a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi with the confidential recruitment of an experienced Marketing Director to lead the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and digital presence of the organization.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep healthcare marketing expertise, and a proven track record of driving brand growth, market awareness, and patient engagement across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing and brand strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead all digital marketing, social media, and content strategies to strengthen brand visibility and patient acquisition.
- Oversee market research, competitive analysis, and performance insights to drive databased decisions.
- Manage the full marketing function, including campaigns, public relations, creative development, and media planning.
- Work closely with senior leadership to enhance market positioning, service awareness, and community outreach.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across internal and external touchpoints.
- Supervise and develop a highperforming marketing team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally within the healthcare or hospital sector.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and market analytics.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and executing highimpact campaigns.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
