What This Role Is About

We are looking for a Marketing Director, based in Dubai, to lead the marketing strategy for a multinational food & beverage organization.

You will be responsible for defining brand vision, driving consumer engagement, and delivering integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels and markets.

This role is ideal for a senior marketing leader with deep FMCG food & beverage experience, strong consumer insight capabilities, and a proven ability to build and scale brands in highly competitive environments.

You will oversee brand management, innovation support, digital and trade marketing, while working closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution excellence.

Your ability to translate consumer insights into impactful marketing strategies and lead high-performing teams will be central to accelerating brand growth and market leadership.

The Client's Definition of the Ideal Fit

• 1218 years of marketing experience, with prior roles exclusively within FMCG, preferably in multinational food & beverage companies.
• Proven track record in brand strategy, consumer marketing, and integrated campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of FMCG and food & beverage category dynamics.
• Experience leading regional or multi-market marketing teams.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, innovation, and go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed multinational environment.
