About the Role
This is a senior leadership role overseeing all Marketing & Communications activity for a luxury five-star hotel in Dubai. You'll own the hotel's brand positioning and messaging across channels - driving awareness, market share, and commercial performance through a strong annual marketing plan aligned to budget. Acting as the primary brand ambassador, you'll ensure every campaign, piece of collateral, and digital output reflects brand standards and voice. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Spa, and Food & Beverage to build integrated campaigns that grow revenue and elevate brand exposure, while managing creative agency partners, producing seasonal photo shoots, and collaborating closely with digital teams to deliver compelling consumer and media content. The role also requires confident stakeholder management with Corporate and Regional offices and a strong balance of traditional marketing, digital, e-commerce, and PR capability.
