We are looking for a creative, data-driven Marketing Executive to manage and grow the marketing presence of one of our key salon accounts. This role is ideal for someone who understands lifestyle, beauty, and service-led brands, and knows how to translate brand strategy into campaigns that drive footfall, loyalty, and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote salon services and retail products.
Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to effectively reach, engage, and convert potential clients.
2. Digital Marketing
Manage and enhance the salon's digital presence across social media, website, and other online platforms.
Liaise with and support a partner digital marketing agency to curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, and blog posts.
Ensure content aligns with brand tone, positioning, and commercial objectives.
3. Campaign Management
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and special initiatives to drive salon traffic and bookings.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize future marketing efforts based on insights.
4. Collaborations & Partnerships
Identify and build partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and beauty-related brands to increase brand exposure.
Coordinate cross-promotions, influencer collaborations, and joint marketing initiatives.
5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Implement and manage customer loyalty and retention programs.
Collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback to enhance the overall client experience and service offering.
6. Market Research & Insights
Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to stay informed on industry trends and customer preferences.
Use insights and data to inform strategy, identify growth opportunities, and support decision-making.
7. Event Planning
Plan and coordinate salon events, workshops, activations, and product launches.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth planning, execution, and post-event follow-up.
8. Public Relations
Build and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, and beauty bloggers.
Secure media coverage, features, and brand mentions to strengthen visibility and reputation.
9. Budget Management
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring spend is efficient and delivers maximum ROI.
Track marketing expenses and report on performance against budget and objectives.
