About This Role
We're looking for a Marketing Executive to support the execution of content and brand initiatives across Mint, and Cairo Capital Group.
This role is focused on execution, coordination, and consistency. You'll work closely with the agency to ensure content is delivered on time, aligned with the approved brand strategy, and consistent across all channels.
What You Will Do
Content Execution
- Execute the approved content calendar across all Cairo Capital Group verticals.
- Support the production of social media content (preparation, coordination, basic scripting support)
- Adapt core content into multiple formats (social posts, stories, email, community channels)
- Coordinate internal contributors and basic content shoots when needed
Brand Consistency & Quality Control
- Apply brand tone and visual guidelines consistently across all content
- Review copy and visuals to ensure they align with approved positioning
- Flag off-brand or inconsistent content before it goes live
- Ensure naming, tone, and messaging are consistent across platforms
Agency & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with external agencies on content delivery and revisions
- Track content timelines, feedback, and approvals
- Support the Head of Marketing in briefing and reviewing agency output
Content Operations & Organization
- Maintain content calendars, trackers, and asset libraries
- Organize visuals, videos, and copy for easy access and reuse
- Support basic reporting on content output and engagement
Who You Are
- 13 years of experience in content, marketing, or communications
- Experience supporting content production or social media execution
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written communication skills (Arabic and English)
- Comfortable working with briefs, guidelines, and feedback
- Organized and reliable with timelines and deliverables
- Execution-focused and disciplined
- Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions
- Curious and willing to learn
- Understands that consistency matters more than creativity at this stage
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics
- Interest in finance, investing, or fintech content
- Basic design or video editing skills
