Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team!

Requirements: Should be creative, organized, and interested in beauty, skincare, and marketing.

Should be knowledgeable about:

  • Knowledgeable with brand building strategies, rebranding and e-commerce strategies.
  • Knowledgeable about all social media platforms and an avid user of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
  • Knowledgeable about current trends and up to date with new features and capabilities of social media platforms.
  • Ability to think outside the box and able to evaluate artworks and designs with attention to detail.

This role is not only about marketing execution.

You will work directly with one of the company directors and help keep priorities, tasks, and plans organized.

This includes keeping track of what needs to be done, writing tasks down clearly, reminding about important to do, and helping with planning and scheduling when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute 360 marketing campaigns across digital and social platforms

Manage social media content, influencer collaborations, and brand activations

Identify target audiences, campaign objectives, and desired outcomes

Research and develop marketing strategy, then evaluate and improve performance

Develop engaging content for marketing campaigns

Stay up to date on current marketing and social media trends

Work directly with a company director to track tasks, organize priorities, and follow up on action points

Maintain a clear list of tasks and reminders, and ensure timely follow up on both business and occasional personal errands related to work

Support in planning and scheduling meetings, shoots, campaigns, and other key activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field

2 to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in personal care, FMCG, or beauty

Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and social media platforms

Strong knowledge and practical use of AI platforms such as Freepik

Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail

Strong analytical skills, communication skills, time management, and creativity

Ability to understand customer and market behavior and take initiative

Experience with social media content planning and execution

Graphic design skills in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva will be a strong plus
