About Deal Drive

Deal Drive is a Dubai-based global platform revolutionizing how used car dealerships operate. We integrate market analytics, operational tools, and scalable inventory financing to help dealers optimize their stock, buy better, price smarter, sell faster and grow their business.

We are continuing to expand and this role sits at the center of how Deal Drive shows up to the market through sales materials, social media, ad campaigns, conferences, events, etc.

You'll work closely with the HQ team as well as the sales and customer success team. This is a hands-on role with real ownership - not an agency-style marketing job and not a narrow specialist role.

The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Executive who can execute, coordinate, and raise the quality bar.

You don't need to be a full designer - but you must understand good design, clear messaging, and what looks professional. Think: strong marketing instincts + solid execution.

What you will do

Marketing Execution & Operations

  • Own day-to-day execution across marketing channels (email, LinkedIn, website updates, basic SEO tasks).
  • Support launch and rollout of ad campaigns across UAE and international markets through platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn and more.
  • Track performance and prepare clear, simple reports (reach, leads, event impact).

Content & Creative Coordination

  • Draft first versions of: Social posts, Newsletters, One-pagers & sales decks, etc.
  • Brief designers, freelancers, and agencies clearly (visual direction + messaging).
  • Review creatives before publishing - ensuring clarity, consistency, and quality.

Campaign & Idea Generation

  • Propose ideas for: Success case studies, Lead-gen campaigns and Educational content (DD Pro, Co-Buying, market insights)

Events & Coordination

  • Support planning and execution of dealer events and conferences

Organization & Reporting

  • Bi-weekly reporting on performance and outcomes of marketing related activities

What we are looking for

Experience & Skills

  • 2-4 years in marketing (B2B, SaaS, Fin-Tech preferred)
  • Strong written communication
  • Comfortable working with marketing related tools

Judgment & Mindset

  • Understands basic design principles and what good looks like.
  • Organized, proactive, and reliable.
  • Can take ownership of tasks without constant instruction.
  • Brings ideas - not just execution.

Nice to Have

  • Automotive or marketplace experience.
  • Event support experience.
  • Exposure to multi-market or international campaigns.
