The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting all marketing activities across the company. He/She will manage promotional efforts, assist in preparing marketing reports and budgets, and coordinate advertising materials and social media initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to the following:
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to guide marketing strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and support positioning adjustments.
- Develop, localize, and implement seasonal campaigns, activations, and store events.
- Manage content creation across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Meta).
- Collaborate with influencers and creators to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including brand teams, agencies, mall management, and store staff.
- Support campaign planning, including briefing agencies, managing timelines, and tracking budgets.
- Oversee photoshoots, video production, and creative asset development.
- Draft Arabic copy for social media, SMS campaigns, and in-store materials, ensuring all content is culturally relevant and aligned with brand guidelines for the GCC market.
- Drive footfall and conversion in-store through tactical and brand-led campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for internal communication.
- Utilize marketing tools including Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and analytics dashboards.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Expected Years of Experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Communication, Marketing, and/or Public Relations.
- Background and knowledge of the industry is preferred, with a strong interest in fashion retail.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing.
- Experience working with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media channels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ideally fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in the following tools is an advantage:
- Canva/Adobe Creative Suite
- Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager
- Google Analytics, UTM tracking
- CRM tools or SMS campaign systems
Expected Educational Qualification
MOFA attested Bachelor's Degree (preferred in Marketing, Communication, International Relations, or a related field)
