About the Role
The Marketing Specialist will plan and execute marketing projects to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, marketing acumen, and hands-on execution. The position will involve managing marketing projects across various countries, calling for effective cross-border collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of marketing strategies based on market insights and data analytics from various channels.
- Coordinate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and activities aligned with the sales strategies.
- Organize and oversee events across multiple countries, utilizing various channels and targeting diverse audiences.
- Develop and maintain a social media strategy; manage the company's social media profiles.
- Organize and oversee newsletters and webinars for external audiences.
- Coordinate Partner MDF.
- Maintain the company website and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Produce creative written and multimedia content for use across various digital and online platforms to increase engagement.
- Gather and analyze data to help identify and define future campaigns and activities for targeted audiences.
- Write, edit, and proofread content for various marketing materials, including brochures, the website, press releases, etc.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key external partners, including agencies and media outlets.
- Monitor and report on the progress of marketing projects, campaigns, and events using various metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the IT industry with cross-regional exposure.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing.
- Proficient in leveraging LinkedIn for B2B marketing, including management of the company's LinkedIn page.
- Strong experience with marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, and LinkedIn.
- Skilled in organizing events and conferences.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in using tools such as Excel and Salesforce (SFDC).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing cross-border marketing projects.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools.
