Located along the Al Khor bay side of Umm Al Quwain, the resort covers an area of 38,200 sq ft and features exquisite carvings and sculptures reminiscent of Rameses and the Pharaohs. Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Executive at Palma Beach Resort & Spa, located in Umm al-Quwain, United Arab Emirates. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, maintaining communication with clients, and driving sales.
- Manage the resort's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) with engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Plan and coordinate photo/video shoots, influencer collaborations, menu design, marketing colletrals, and media engagements.
- Monitor and optimize digital marketing performance (SEO, PPC, email marketing, and website traffic).
- Prepare marketing materials such as flyers, menus, buffet tags, presentations, and in-house signage.
- Maintain brand standards across all internal and external communications.
- Assist in event planning, activations, and PR initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activity and contribute ideas to enhance our positioning.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in the hospitality.
- Strong content creation skills; knowledge of design tools (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Creative, organized, and results-oriented with a passion for hospitality
Salary: AED 2500.00 plus service allowance (AED 450- AED 600) per month
