To support and streamline daily business operations while actively contributing to sales, client servicing, and creative marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is hands-on, energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about both business operations and creative service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Support
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations across departments, ensuring smooth workflows.
- Support logistics for client projects, media productions, and event setups, including scheduling, material coordination, and resource allocation.
- Track and follow up on internal workflows, ensuring seamless handovers between creative, design, video, and client servicing teams.
- Monitor and maintain inventory for print materials, equipment, merchandise, and service supplies.
- Prepare reports and logs on deliveries, project timelines, and operational issues.
Sales & Client Engagement
- Handle walk-in and online client inquiries, confidently upselling creative and media services.
- Assist in converting inquiries into confirmed sales by providing service information, quotations, and timelines.
- Coordinate with creative and production teams to ensure timely and smooth execution of client orders.
- Represent the organization's services during activations, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Contribute to in-store and online marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, social content ideas, and activations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement content plans, promotions, and digital campaigns.
- Propose creative ideas to enhance client experience, product displays, and promotional materials.
- Support photo/video documentation of key projects, activations, and success stories for internal use.
Content & Media Initiatives
- Research and identify suitable publishers for books and other media projects.
- Source and communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations for media materials and resources.
- Identify potential influencers and social media collaborators to increase brand exposure.
- Establish and maintain communication with influencers to promote campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field.
Experience
- 12 years of experience in operations, sales, marketing, or similar client-facing roles.
Knowledge & Skills
- Exposure to creative / advertising / media / service-based industries preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic marketing tools (e.g., Canva, social media platforms, CRM tools).
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
