Now, we're looking for a Social Media & Content Lead a creator, storyteller, and strategist in one to bring our brands to life online with originality, speed, and style. From salon chairs to behind-the-scenes moments, you'll shape how Marquee, TNS, and Espai show up across platforms, building communities that feel as connected as they are inspired.

What You'll Do

Create and manage trend-driven content that feels fresh, authentic, and aligned with our brand voice.

Plan, film, and edit high-quality videos and photography in-salon, on-location, and across lifestyle settings.

Be hands-on in capturing daily moments from our salons and teams, turning real experiences into beautiful, shareable stories.

Manage influencer collaborations end-to-end from scouting and briefing to content coordination and performance tracking.

Develop and execute strategies to grow our social presence through both organic and paid media, driving visibility, engagement, and conversion.

Stay ahead of cultural and social trends, ensuring all three brands remain relevant and engaging in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Build and maintain a content calendar that balances reactive trends with strategic brand storytelling.

Own analytics and performance tracking across platforms reviewing insights, identifying what works, and continuously optimising for engagement and growth.

Work closely with marketing to align social strategy with campaigns and brand objectives.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience managing social media and content for lifestyle, wellness, or beauty brands.

Strong skills in video production and editing confident with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva or similar tools.

A sharp creative eye and understanding of visual storytelling.

A proactive, hands-on mindset comfortable shooting, editing, posting, and engaging independently.

Deep understanding of social platforms (especially TikTok and Instagram), algorithms, and emerging trends.

Experience managing influencer partnerships and community engagement.

Excellent communication, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site and in-salon presence required)
