Role overview

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can lead brand, content, PR, and communication efforts across the region. This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B marketing experience who can translate complex financial products into clear, compelling messaging for senior finance audiences.

You will be responsible for managing the company's brand narrative, developing content, supporting PR and events, and ensuring consistent communication across all channels. Arabic fluency is essential.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's B2B marketing strategy.
  • Lead brand, content, and communication initiatives targeting CFOs and finance teams.
  • Create high-quality content in both English and Arabic, including thought leadership, messaging frameworks, and product-focused content.
  • Manage PR efforts, media relationships, and press materials.
  • Plan and support events, webinars, and partner marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors.

Ideal candidate profile

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in fintech, financial services, or B2B SaaS.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic written and verbal.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Experience with content marketing, PR, events, and partner marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with various internal teams.
  • Proven ability to develop clear messaging for senior finance audiences.

Disqualifiers

Candidates will not be considered if they have:

  • No Arabic fluency
  • Purely social media or junior-level marketing backgrounds
  • Agency-only experience (must have product company exposure)
  • Only B2C marketing experience
  • No content writing or PR experience
