Your Contribution to Our Growth

We are hiring a Marketing Manager based in Dubai to help scale our marketing and brand presence across Aquanow. This is a new and hands-on role focused on delivering high-impact marketing activities across content, social media, events, campaigns, and product storytelling.

In this role, you'll plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives that drive awareness, credibility, and engagement across key audiences in the global digital assets ecosystem. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys both planning and execution, who can adapt quickly to evolving priorities, and who is eager to contribute in a fast-moving, high-trust environment.

You will play a major part in elevating how our brands show up externally, supporting go to market efforts for new partnerships, product launches, and major announcements. You will have the opportunity to shape messaging and narratives that strengthen our position in institutional crypto infrastructure and digital finance. The ideal candidate will have deep B2B marketing experience.

This is a Full-Time, Permanent position working Hybrid out of our Dubai office.

What You'll Do

Marketing Planning & Delivery

  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing activities across content, social, campaigns, events, and key announcements for both Aquanow and Universal.
  • Translate business and marketing priorities into coordinated execution across owned channels and pre-during-post event touchpoints.
  • Maintain and manage an integrated marketing calendar aligned with launches, partnerships, regulatory milestones, and broader company objectives.

Content, Social & Campaigns

  • Produce, write, and publish content across owned channels (e.g. LinkedIn, X, Telegram, Substack, website blog, newsletters, etc.).
  • Adapt approved messaging into platform appropriate formats, with strong copywriting capabilities that minimize rewriting from leadership.
  • Create thought leadership and product-focused materials that simplify complex digital asset and stablecoin concepts.
  • Coordinate campaign execution tied to partnerships, market developments, and business announcements.
  • Ensure all externally published content meets brand, tone, and are visually aligned.

Brand, Governance & Compliance

  • Apply and uphold brand guidelines across all marketing outputs.
  • Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure marketing materials meet regulatory and policy requirements.
  • Review and refine externally facing materials to ensure clarity and credibility across institutional audiences.
  • Ensure consistent standards of messaging across all global markets we support.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor performance across channels, content formats, campaigns, and event-related activities.
  • Share insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and content effectiveness.
  • Support ongoing improvement of marketing processes, workflows, and team alignment as the function scales.
  • Provide input into tool adoption and operating efficiencies across marketing execution.

We'd Love to See

  • 4 to 7 years experience in marketing or communications with a focus on B2B.
  • Direct experience in the digital asset, crypto, or fintech industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong copywriting, and content development skills across short form and long form formats.
  • Experience managing social channels and multi channel content distribution
  • Ability to work in a growing company where priorities evolve quickly.
  • Clear communicator and able to partner effectively with senior leaders and technical teams.
  • Comfort working with brand guidelines and ensuring regulatory compliance in marketing
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in a startup or scale up environment.
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
