The local entity in [Egypt] operates as a sales and trading company responsible for marketing, distribution and channel development.

2. Hiring Background

To support rapid market expansion and strengthen brand visibility in [Egypt], we are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to lead local trade marketing strategy and execution.

3. Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy across distribution channels, online medias, etc.
  • Plan and manage BTL/ATL campaigns, promotions and brand activations
  • Lead POSM planning, allocation and merchandising execution
  • Monitor market performance and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with sales, aftersales and HQ marketing teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in home appliance or HVAC industry
  • Strong project management and vendor coordination skills
  • Solid understanding of BTL/ATL Marketing strategy plan, rich resources in agencies and having a good command of vendors.
  • Fluent in English and local language
