Job Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of brand and portfolio strategies
Own and manage the end-to-end marketing process, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, regulatory, market access, finance, supply chain, and global teams to drive brand performance.
Train and support the field team, ensuring strong alignment between strategy and in-market execution.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, track performance, and measure success against key KPIs.
Conduct market and competitive analysis, including performance tracking and insights gathering to refine strategy.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to ensure medical and scientific credibility.
Stay informed of evolving market dynamics and customer needs to continuously enhance marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience
A strong understanding of the MENA healthcare market is essential.
Fluency in English
Experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and proven ability to deliver results.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
