Job Description

Location: DIFC

Job Purpose

To plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, lead generation, sales velocity, and project launches for residential and mixed-use real estate developments.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to Marketing Director, the person will be responsible for below:

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement annual and project-specific marketing plans aligned with sales targets

Define go-to-market strategies for new launches (off-plan, ready, luxury, affordable)

Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and ROI tracking

2. Project Launches & Campaign Management

Lead end-to-end project launches including branding, positioning, naming, and messaging

Plan and execute 360 campaigns: digital, outdoor, print, events, PR, influencer, CRM

Coordinate launch events, roadshows, and broker activations

3. Lead Generation & Sales Enablement

Drive qualified lead generation through digital platforms, portals, and performance marketing

Work closely with Sales teams to align on lead quality, conversion funnels

Develop sales tools: brochures, fact sheets, pitch decks, walk-through videos

4. Digital & Performance Marketing

Oversee digital channels: website, landing pages, paid media (Google, Meta), property portals

Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and absorption velocity along with digital executive

5. Brand & Communications

Ensure consistent brand identity across all developments and touchpoints

Manage PR, media relations, press releases, and external awards

Oversee content creation including visuals, videos, copy, and storytelling

6. Agency & Vendor Management

Manage creative, PR, and event agencies

Brief agencies, evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance

7. Market Intelligence & Reporting

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and pricing benchmarks

Track campaign performance and present insights and recommendations to leadership

Monitor market trends, buyer behavior, and investor sentiment

Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field

810 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate development

Proven experience in managing large-scale launches and marketing budgets

Must be driving

Technical Skills:

Excel: Strong proficiency required

PowerPoint: Excellent presentation creation and formatting skills

Strong administrative and organizational skills.
