Job Description

Egypt Wood is seeking a visionary and seasoned Senior Marketing Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead our marketing department. This strategic role is designed for a leader who can elevate our market position in the industrial wood sector, drive large-scale B2B growth, and solidify our reputation as a market leader in Egypt and the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee the annual marketing strategy, aligning it with Egypt Wood's long-term commercial goals and manufacturing capacity.
  • Market Positioning: Define and maintain the company's competitive edge through deep analysis of the timber industry, pricing trends, and global supply chain shifts.
  • Budget Management & ROI: Plan and authorize the annual marketing budget, ensuring maximum efficiency and a high Return on Investment across all channels.
  • Brand Equity: Lead the transformation of the corporate identity to ensure it reflects the scale and quality of our industrial operations.
  • B2B & Corporate Relations: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with large-scale contractors, real estate developers, and international timber exporters.
  • Digital Transformation: Oversee the integration of marketing automation through our Odoo ERP to streamline lead generation and customer lifecycle management.
  • Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CIM) is highly preferred.
  • Experience:10+ years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a senior management role within an Industrial, Construction, or Manufacturing environment.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale marketing budgets and leading brand expansion projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced understanding of B2B marketing funnels, industrial trade show management, and CRM integration.
  • Software: Proficiency in Odoo (Marketing & CRM modules) and advanced data analytics tools.
  • Attributes: Exceptional leadership skills, high-level negotiation abilities, and a growth mindset focused on industrial scalability.
  • Language: Native Arabic and Fluent English (ability to lead high-level business negotiations in both).
