Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with strong 360 marketing knowledge, deep understanding of lead generation fundamentals and technical execution, and a solid grip

on content creation trends across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing strategies that drive qualified leads, support sales growth, and strengthen brand visibility across online and offline channels.

Responsibilities:

1- Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Develop and execute end-to-end lead generation strategies across multiple channels (digital & offline).
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, etc.).
  • Set up and track funnels, conversions, CPL, CAC, ROI, and lead quality.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to align MQLs, SQLs, and conversion goals.
  • Continuously test, analyse, and optimize campaigns for performance improvement.

2- 360 Marketing Strategy

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns covering:
  • Digital marketing
  • Content marketing
  • Social media
  • Email marketing
  • Events & exhibitions
  • Partnerships and PR (if applicable)
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Support brand positioning and awareness initiatives.

3- Content Creation & Trends

  • Lead content strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, website, email, YouTube, etc.).
  • Stay updated with content trends, formats, and platform algorithms.
  • Guide creation of:
  • Educational content
  • Lead magnets (case studies, brochures, whitepapers)
  • Short-form and long-form content
  • Ensure content aligns with lead generation and business objectives.

4- Analytics, Tools & Technical Execution

  • Track and analyse performance using tools such as:
  • Google Analytics / GA4
  • Google Tag Manager
  • CRM & marketing automation tools
  • Create dashboards and reports for management.
  • Ensure proper tracking of campaigns, forms, and landing pages.
  • Use data insights to drive decisions and improvements.

5- Team & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with designers, agencies, content creators, and vendors.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and marketing budgets.
  • Support internal teams with marketing materials and campaigns

Preferred Qualifications:

Education/Certification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in a marketing role with lead generation focus.
  • Proven track record of generating and converting leads.
  • Experience working with B2B environments is a plus.
  • Experience in technology, telecom, or services industry is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of lead generation fundamentals and funnels.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Paid advertising platforms
  • CRM & marketing automation
  • Website analytics & conversion tracking
  • Solid understanding of SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions.

Strategic & Creative Skills:

  • Strong understanding of content marketing trends and audience behaviour.
