Due to the business development needs of the Dubai market, we are now sincerely recruiting a marketing manager to work with us in exploring overseas markets.

Job Responsibilities

1.Responsible for implementing the brand promotion strategy of Hithium in the Middle East and Africa regional market, formulating integrated marketing plans including exhibitions and offline activities, and enhancing the brand's visibility and influence in the target market;

2.Leading the full-process management of industry exhibitions, including exhibition selection, layout planning, on-site execution, customer connection, and post-event review, efficiently converting exhibition resources;

3.Overseeing the operation of social media matrices (LinkedIn, Twitter, local mainstream platforms, etc.), planning high-quality content (product updates, industry insights, case sharing, etc.), and enhancing fan activity and brand exposure;

4.Collaborating with the sales team to identify market demands, output market analysis reports and competitive research results, providing data support for product promotion and sales decisions;

5.Building a regional brand promotion resource network, maintaining media and partnership relationships, and ensuring the efficient advancement of market activities.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, international trade, business English, etc. are preferred;

2.Three years of experience in marketing promotion, with a background in BESS, energy storage, new energy, power equipment, etc. preferred;

3.Having rich experience in international exhibition planning and execution, proficient in exhibition layout processes and on-site coordination skills, and capable of independently completing the full-cycle management of exhibitions;

4.Proficient in social media operation logic, with practical experience in content planning, account operation and effect optimization on overseas platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.);

Having solid theoretical and practical skills in brand promotion, capable of independently formulating promotion plans and implementing them, and having successful brand upgrades or market breakthrough cases preferred;

5.Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and able to use it as a working language; having a basic understanding of Arabic is an added advantage;

6.Having strong cross-departmental collaboration skills, stress resistance and execution ability, and able to adapt to business trips (for exhibitions and market expansion needs);

Familiar with the business environment, industry policies and customer needs characteristics in the Middle East and Africa region are preferred.
