We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strong integrated marketing experience who can support the company's growth across both B2B and B2C segments. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in FMCG or commodity-driven industries, with experience managing both digital and offline marketing activities.
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and support commercial growth. The role requires someone who understands high-volume, fast-moving, commodity-style marketing environments and can translate that experience into effective marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans supporting both B2B and B2C business objectives.
- Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Support brand positioning and marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and market visibility.
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketing activities with business priorities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support marketing planning and strategy.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
Experience
- 612 years of marketing experience.
- Proven background in FMCG or commodity-driven industries.
- Experience working in both B2B and B2C marketing environments.
- Strong exposure to integrated marketing combining digital and offline channels.
- Experience in the automotive or mobility sectors is considered a plus, but not required.
