Job Title: Digital & Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Digital & Performance Marketing Manager to drive end-to-end digital growth, performance, and visibility across multiple business verticals.
This is a shared capability role working closely with Brand Managers and the Creative Lead to support FMCG, Energy, and corporate brand initiatives across the group.
The role will act as the central digital custodian across brands, responsible for performance marketing, social and digital presence, website ecosystems, reputation management, and measurable growth outcomes.
This is not a purely operational role. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, digital funnels, performance metrics, channel dynamics, and brand visibility across digital platforms, and should be able to translate business and brand objectives into performance-led digital strategies.
The person will be responsible for driving digital presence across paid, organic, social, and web channels, while ensuring performance optimization, reporting structures, and ROI accountability across campaigns.
This is a strategic, performance-led role with ownership across planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
We are specifically not looking for candidates from trading / on-floor marketing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing & Growth
- Develop and execute 360-degree digital marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Own and evolve the group's digital ecosystem including websites, analytics tools, automation platforms, and performance marketing technologies
- Oversee website performance, updates, optimization, and user experience across all brand platforms, ensuring speed, usability, and effectiveness.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of website ecosystems, CMS environments, and digital tools to effectively guide agencies, oversee updates, and ensure optimal performance.
- Stay updated with the latest digital technologies, MarTech platforms, and performance tools to continuously improve digital efficiency and innovation.
- Own performance marketing across paid channels (Google, Meta, programmatic, marketplaces, etc.).
- Build consumer acquisition, retention, and brand growth frameworks across digital touchpoints.
- Lead digital go-to-market planning and performance strategy for new brand launches, initiatives, and category expansions.
2.Performance & Revenue Ownership
- Manage marketing budgets with ROI accountability.
- Drive lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Build measurable marketing funnels and dashboards (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion metrics).
- Ensure strong tracking architecture across platforms including pixels, tagging, attribution models, and performance dashboards
- Drive data-backed decision making through structured reporting and analytics discipline
- Oversee social media performance and engagement metrics across platforms
- Drive digital reputation management and ensure positive brand visibility across channels
3.FMCG Brand & Consumer Marketing
- Plan and execute performance-led campaigns across product, corporate, and category-level communication.
- Support brand positioning, packaging communication, and consumer engagement strategies.
- Coordinate with Brand Managers, Creative Lead, and business teams to align digital strategy with brand and growth objectives.
4.Channel & Sales Collaboration
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing with market penetration goals.
- Enable digital support for B2B and B2C growth.
5.Group Support (Capeon)
- Contribute to digital strategy and campaigns for selected Capeon business initiatives.
- Support brand awareness and digital presence across group platforms.
6.Team & Agency Management
- Manage external agencies, creative teams, and vendors.
- Manage external agencies and performance partners while building scalable digital systems.
7. Digital Performance, Platforms & Reputation Ownership
- Act as the central digital custodian across all group brands and verticals
- Own performance across paid media, social channels, and organic ecosystems
- Drive reputation management across digital and social platforms
- Oversee website performance, optimization, SEO, and organic ranking across brands
- Lead funnel optimization, A/B testing, and conversion improvement initiatives
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance visibility for leadership
- Ensure digital budget optimization with strong ROI accountability across channels

Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 712 years of experience in Digital & Performance Marketing.
- Experience in FMCG, consumer, and performance-led growth environments ( Mandatory)
- Has handled revenue-linked campaigns, not only brand awareness.
- Understands both marketing and sales dynamics.
- Is comfortable working in a growth-stage, entrepreneurial environment.
