Job Title: Marketing Manager (UAE Temporary Contract)

Salary: Up to AED 20,000/month
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our client's team on a temporary contract, supporting a high-profile portfolio within Mobility & Logistics. This role will lead the delivery of revenue-driven, multi-channel event marketing campaigns across conferences, exhibitions, activations, and industry-led experiences.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketer who thrives in fast-paced event environments and knows how to drive registrations, sponsorship engagement, and audience growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns for B2B conferences, exhibitions, activations, and awards programmes
- Develop and execute multi-channel strategies across:
- Email marketing
- Paid media
- Partnerships
- Content and PR
- Social media and community engagement
- Support revenue-driven targets, including delegate acquisition, sponsorship sales, and visitor attendance growth
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, content, operations, and external agencies
- Create compelling, audience-specific messaging across:
- Email campaigns
- Landing pages
- Social media
- Brochures and sales collateral
- Translate complex event propositions into clear, benefit-led value propositions
- Brief and manage designers, content teams, and external suppliers to ensure brand consistency
- Build and segment target databases to identify and reach high-value audience groups
- Monitor and optimise marketing KPIs, including:
- Open rates
- CTR
- Conversion rates
- Cost per acquisition
- ROI and revenue attribution
- Analyse campaign performance in real-time and adjust tactics to maximise results
- Use CRM and marketing automation tools to improve engagement and reporting
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience delivering marketing campaigns for B2B events (conferences, exhibitions, activations, awards)
- Proven ability to execute integrated event marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Experience working under tight deadlines with revenue-focused objectives
- Strong stakeholder management skills across internal teams and suppliers
- Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for audience-specific messaging
- Ability to develop clear event positioning and value propositions
- Strong understanding of event marketing metrics and performance optimisation
- Comfortable working with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Note (Visa & Eligibility Requirements)
- Freelancers must hold a valid UAE residence visa and Labour Card / Work Permit, valid for a minimum of 6 months
- Free Zone visa holders, unfortunately, cannot be considered, as they are unable to obtain a Labour Card / Work Permit under this contract type (If anything changes, this post will be updated accordingly)
