Marketing Manager (360 experience) Middle East

B2B & B2C | Regional Scope | International Brand

Salary: Up to AED 25,000

Location: Dubai

Mandatory: Arabic

We are currently partnering with a global, fast-growing international aviation organisation to appoint a Marketing Manager Middle East, based in Dubai.

This is a high-impact regional role for a commercially focused, bilingual marketing professional who understands the Middle Eastern market and thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

As Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of the Middle East marketing strategy, adapting global initiatives to resonate with local audiences across Dubai and Riyadh.

You will work closely with regional sales teams and international marketing stakeholders to drive brand visibility, engagement and commercial growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing regional marketing strategy
  • Localising global campaigns for the Middle East market
  • Managing bilingual (English & Arabic) campaigns and content
  • Executing email marketing campaigns using Salesforce
  • Segmenting customer data and analysing performance
  • Supporting exhibitions and regional events
  • Driving PR visibility within the region
  • Assisting with digital marketing initiatives (Google Ads, display, remarketing)
  • Managing and reporting on regional marketing budgets
  • Coordinating with local suppliers and partners

This role requires strong ownership, autonomy and collaboration across international teams.

We're looking for:

  • 6+ years marketing experience in the Middle East
  • Experience working in the travel/aviation/luxury industry (highly desirable, but not essential)
  • Exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing environments
  • Fluent English & Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Strong experience in campaign localisation
  • Proven email marketing experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience in data segmentation and audience targeting
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Experience working closely with sales teams
  • High attention to detail and commercial awareness

Preferred experience includes international B2B environments and exposure to travel, aviation or luxury sectors.
