Are you a strategic marketer with a track record in large-scale exhibitions We are seeking a high-caliber Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns for a premier portfolio of events in Europe.
Based in Dubai, you will own the end-to-end marketing lifecycle—driving exhibitor, sponsor, and delegate acquisition through data-driven strategies and high-impact content.
The Role
- Campaign Leadership: Plan and execute integrated digital and traditional campaigns to drive commercial growth and brand credibility.
- Digital Excellence: Oversee SEO/GEO, website optimization (UX), and social media strategies to maximize conversion.
- Performance Tracking: Use tools to manage KPIs, lead generation pipeline, and real-time ROI analysis.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with sales, production, and external agencies to deliver world-class event features and networking platforms.
- Media & PR: Manage high-level media partnerships and on-site press activity to amplify global visibility.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 5+ years in mid-level marketing management. Exhibition/Event marketing experience is essential.
- Strategy & Data: Proven ability to segment complex data sets and automate lead-scoring frameworks.
- Communication: Exceptional copywriting skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of the European energy and manufacturing landscape is highly advantageous.
