Job Overview:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and business performance. This role oversees the full marketing funnelfrom campaign ideation to performance analysisacross digital, in-app, channels. The position involves leading demand generation, content creation, and paid acquisition initiatives, while managing marketing budgets and ensuring data-driven decision-making. The Marketing Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and leads a team of marketing professionals to deliver impactful campaigns that align with the company's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement monthly and quarterly marketing calendars aligned with business objectives and growth strategies.

Campaign Management:

  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, in-app, and offline channels to drive engagement and conversion.

Demand Generation:

  • Own and manage the full marketing funnelfrom audience segmentation to lead generation and conversionthrough data-driven campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.

Content & Communication:

  • Oversee content creation and brand storytelling across all platforms, ensuring consistent messaging. Manage customer communications and CRM processes to enhance retention and loyalty.

Performance Marketing:

  • Manage paid acquisition channels including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring optimized ROI through continuous analysis and adjustment.

New Market Penetration:

  • Evaluate success in acquiring customers and growing brand presence in new geographic markets.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Alignment:

  • Work closely with commercial, product, growth, and creative teams to ensure seamless coordination and impactful campaign execution.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering innovation, accountability, and high performance.

Data & Reporting:

  • Monitor campaign performance, manage marketing budgets, and use analytics, dashboards, and automation tools to report insights and guide strategic decisions.

  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing principles, brand development, and digital marketing ecosystems.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools with proven ability to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing management or leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in brand development, performance marketing, and CRM integration.
  • Experience in the automotive, e-commerce, or in-app marketing sector is highly preferred, with a track record of delivering measurable growth and innovation across digital channels.
